Your ship caught on fire, and now you're stranded on a deserted island struggling to survive. Gather up debris to make a makeshift raft as sharks nip at your heels, and make the biggest raft of all time as the tides slowly rise to overtake the island!

Feast your eyes on the graphics, but watch out for the deadly sharks that patrol the island looking for chum... just three bites and you're out! The sharks will bite at your raft too with their glowing white teeth, so be wary.

Your old burning ship is hurling out flotsam like there's no tomorrow and it's up to you to gather it and make the best of a bad situation. One piece sticks to another. How big of a raft can you build before you're underwater? Every second longer you survive earns you 5 points.

After 120 seconds the tide begins to rise and the sun sets... can you make it through the night? 

Controls:
WASD to walk, shift to run, space to jump or swim up.

Hold left mouse button to grab flotsam and carry it around. 

'R' toggles anti-aliasing.

Mouse and keyboard required. This game was made for ScoreSpace Jam #30.
The only things not made by me for this project were the music and sound effects, which are all royalty free no copyright sounds and music from youtube. Everything else is default with Unreal Engine 5.4, or was made by me in the 72 hour timespan of ScoreSpace Jam #30.  

It has custom swimming physics, and a customized soundscape as you enter and exit the ocean and walk around the island. The shark has a custom mesh, custom skeleton, custom animations, ragdoll, and custom movement pathing with 4 different modes of stalking you. The way the boxes stick together to form a large raft is really fun and can go exponential!
